Pre-arrival Requirements
Before travelling to Nigeria for your cancer treatment, please ensure you complete the following steps:
Share Medical Documents: Send us your biopsy/histology report, medical report, or referral letter.
Online Consultation: Schedule and complete an online consultation with one of our consultants.
Receive Treatment Plan: Based on the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed treatment plan.
Tentative Bill and Invitation Letter: We will issue a tentative bill and an official letter inviting you to Nigeria for treatment.
Medical Tourism Visa- F7C Requirements for Nigeria
Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages for endorsement.
Passport-sized Photograph.
Proof of Payment for Visa Fee.
Return Ticket.
Evidence of Sufficient Funds.
Letter from NSIA-LUTH Cancer Centre.
Evidence of Hotel Reservation / Host Address in Nigeria.
